No Excuses!
On June 21st, the NJ Labs team took some time out from our busy mid-week schedule, to participate in an outdoor training session led by Taryn Abrahams, President of Empower Behavioral Services. Taryn, who is an organizational development expert, lectured our group on how we could foster a “No Excuse High Trust” culture at the lab. This topic generated a lot of participation from our employees plus there was some great food to be had too!
